Female Executive
About the role
Join Universes RAW! We're looking for a confident and energetic Female Executive to handle online customer support, collect customer feedback, assist with showroom management, and conduct live product presentations. Prior cashier experience will be given priority.
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day online tasks and customer support.
- Collect customer feedback and improve customer experience.
- Assist with showroom management and daily operations.
- Conduct Facebook Live presentations to showcase products and engage with customers. (Mandatory)
Qualifications
- Female candidates only.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Confident in front of the camera.
- Basic computer and social media knowledge.
- Prior cashier experience will be given priority.
- Experience in retail, customer service, or e-commerce is a plus.
