About the role
Universes RAW is looking for a responsible, energetic & customer-focused Female Online Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities
- • Daily Shopify order processing & management
- • Calling customers for order confirmation
- • Customer support via phone, Facebook & Messenger
- • Handling online orders, cancellations & exchanges
- • Updating order status and maintaining customer information
- • Coordinating with delivery/courier teams
- • Product uploading & basic Shopify management
- • Product photography & basic product videography
- • Creating simple product videos/reels for social media
- • Supporting daily online sales & e-commerce operations
- • Maintaining smooth day-to-day online department operations
Qualifications
- • Female candidate preferred
- • Good communication skills
- • Polite & professional customer handling
- • Basic computer knowledge
- • Familiarity with Facebook, Messenger & Shopify is a plus
- • Comfortable speaking with customers over phone
- • Basic photography/videography skills preferred
- • Responsible, punctual & willing to learn
- • Previous e-commerce experience will be an advantage

- ✔️ Experience in retail/e-commerce/fashion will be an advantage
