Universes follows a strict inspection-at-delivery policy. Customers are required to check their products in front of the delivery rider. Returns or exchanges are only applicable in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items and must be reported immediately at the time of delivery. Once delivery is completed, no return, refund, or exchange requests will be accepted. Refunds are not applicable after successful delivery. For showroom purchases, refunds and returns are not allowed; exchange may be permitted subject to stock availability.
